A Life Between Horizons
Hello, I am Writuparna — a traveler, storyteller, and cabin crew member who has spent nearly 15 years living between clouds and continents. My life has unfolded in airport terminals, sunlit windows at 35,000 feet, and in cities I never expected to fall in love with.
I didn’t plan on becoming someone who collects boarding passes the way others collect postcards. It happened slowly, beautifully — one flight, one layover, one unexpected adventure at a time. Somewhere along the way, the sky became my workplace, the world became my classroom, and travel became the way I understand myself.
A Life in the Sky
Working as cabin crew taught me something precious: The world is full of small stories waiting to be noticed.
A child seeing snow for the first time.
A couple flying to reunite after months apart.
A nervous traveler who smiles when you say, “You’re safe with us.”
Fifteen years of flying didn’t just show me the world —
it showed me its people. Its kindness. Its rhythm.
It taught me patience, gratitude, resilience, and how to spot beauty in the smallest things… like the soft glow of dawn spilling into the cabin before anyone wakes up.
Why I Write
I started this blog because memories fade — but words don’t.
Here, I share the travel lessons, emotional truths, and sky-earned wisdom that shaped me.
My writing is for:
- The curious
- The dreamers
- The brave beginners of their own adventures
- Anyone who wants travel to feel soulful, accessible, and real
I believe travel isn’t about ticking off destinations — it’s about who you become along the way.
Whether you’re here to dream, plan, imagine, or escape — I’m grateful our paths crossed.
Welcome to my world of skybound stories, slow travel, and golden-hour adventures. I hope something here inspires you to look at the world a little differently or at least to book that trip you’ve been thinking about.
